ACC Staffing Selects Rella:Cowan as Agency of Record

Durham, N.C. - ACC Staffing has named Rella:Cowan Advertising its agency of record. Founded in 1996 as an accounting employment agency, Raleigh-based ACC has grown into a diversified staffing firm with 1,000 employees annually filling positions from receptionist to chemist, and human resource specialist to software developer, for some of the Triangle's largest employers. With an already established record of achievement in a highly competitive industry, ACC is taking a more aggressive approach to marketing by hiring outside expertise.

"We've built a very successful company over the past 11 years, and now we're looking to take ACC to a new level," says George Apelian, founder of ACC Staffing. Rella:Cowan will help ACC Staffing analyze the industry landscape, and establish its brand positioning and key messaging. The agency will also develop strategies and marketing tools, including print advertising, marketing collateral pieces, and trade show and job fair display exhibits, designed to strengthen ACC's ability to recruit new clients and attract top talent.
