Mulkey Hires Rella:Cowan Advertising

DURHAM, N.C. - Rella:Cowan Advertising, a full-service marketing and advertising agency, has been selected by Mulkey Engineers & Consultants to serve as the firm's agency of record. The agency will be working with the multi-state engineering firm as an extension of the company's marketing department, developing brand strategy and communications plans, as well as executing a range of tactics for marketing, advertising and public relations.
