Rella:Cowan And Myriad Media Team Up To Produce Video For Triangle Family Services
DURHAM, N.C. - Rella:Cowan, a strategic marketing and advertising firm, and Myriad Media, a film and video production firm, have joined together to create a video for Triangle Family Services (TFS), a United Way agency based in Raleigh. For more than 70 years, TFS has been helping families in crisis around the Triangle; however, many people who live in the area have not heard of the organization, due to the confidential nature of its work. That's why this video was developed - to increase awareness of TFS and help with fundraising efforts.
"We're thrilled with the video because it conveys the effectiveness of Triangle Family Services and all the hard work by our staff. And the stories are expressed by the people that we've helped right here in the community," says Miles Wright, CEO of Triangle Family Services.
Triangle Family Services helps more than 5,000 Triangle families and individuals each year achieve family safety, financial security and sound mental health by providing counseling and training for adults and children. TFS teaches financial skills to help prevent foreclosure and homelessness and emotional management skills to stop domestic violence now and in the future. Through therapy and training, the staff helps calm disruptive behaviors families experience. And TFS strengthens parent-child relationships through supervised visits in a safe place.
The new video is a seven-minute program featuring several stories told by TFS clients who agreed to share how TFS has touched their lives and the lives of their children for the better. The organization will use this video for development efforts to ensure the future of TFS for families in need. For more information about Triangle Family Services, visit www.tfsnc.org.
